We have signed with the architect and will be getting our house scanned for the "before" drawings and a survey for the site plan in the coming weeks. Not sure we knew about these costs but there you go, 1 week into the official project and we are already going over budget! We got back the best and finals from our two short list candidates and it was a bit disappointing. Ok, it was a lot disappointing.
