Forming and rebar took up the entire week. Lots of work for the small crew sorting out the complex foundation and the sloping site. Sometimes you can get forming crews but it seems that labour is in short supply these days so the crew just plugged along.
We are starting to get quotes for windows and are working through the options and requirements.
Not much that i can contribute so i went for a nice hike out by Chilliwack with Mela.
We also got news this weekend that Sarah’s father is failing fast and we are off to Ontario. He hasn’t been well for a while after a fall back in June. We had hoped he would rally but it doesn’t seem like he will. Brianna got to Ontario on Thursday and we have had some difficult conversations. Flights have been purchased and we leave tomorrow.
